Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived to a musical family 9 August 1993, in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is the daughter and cousin to the singing sensation Dionne. In Newark Whitney started singing with the choir of the church in the early years of her childhood. When she was 15 years old, she accompanied her mother singing background vocals on Chaka's hit Im Every Woman from 1978. Then she went on to join the backing vocals of Lou Rawls and Jermaine as well as her mom. She started as a featured performer for the New York-based New York Funk band Material. Her vocal quality work attracted attention from big record labels like Arista who signed her in 1983. Whitney Houston, her debut album, released in 1985 was the top-selling album of the debut artist. It helped her achieve seven US charts-topping singles in a row which was more than the Beatles. The album sold 3 million copies in its first year in the US and then went on to make 25 million copies worldwide, earning her the first of her six Grammys. Whitney, her album Whitney was released in 1987, featuring popular singles How Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, built upon her previous success. It was The Bodyguard (1996) that established her as one of music's best sellers. While the movie and the actor's performance weren't highly praised, the soundtrack album featuring her rendition of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was her most popular single and album for several months. The album sold over 44 million copies across the globe. The same year, she was married the former New Edition singer Bobby Brown with whom she has a single daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown in March 1993. Around this time that her much documented usage of drugs began. By 1996, she was a regular drug user.
Dana Bash, also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz, is an American anchorwoman and journalist. She works as a political correspondent at CNN. She also produces certain of the network's Sunday programs such the Evans & Novak' Late Edition' and Inside Politics.' She has worked for other renowned channels, such as NBC and CBS. Bash was awarded many times, including a place in the Women in Washington Power List by Elle magazine. She is highly respected for her incredible ability as a anchor and reporter. Her only child is the pride of her life. She was married twice, and she is now married. Bash is a woman who is independent and strong she is extremely devoted to her fans. It is for this reason that the American reporter is very active in Instagram, Twitter and other social networks. She regularly updates her followers.
