Holland Marie Roden is an American actor best known for playing Lydia Martin in MTV's teenage drama "Teen Wolf". She also starred as Zoe Woods in Syfy's horror series named "Channel Zero." Holland Roden studied from Hockaday School which was a girl's' private school. Her family comes of a medical background in which her parents are active in UCLA women's studies as well as molecular biology.
